Kenzley Title Group, Inc. (KTG), was created by a collaboration of many experienced people and Title Companies. Beginning in 2008 with Lee County Title, Inc., located in Dixon, Il, we have grown through acquisitions and strategic planning. With six offices located in Carroll, Lee, Ogle and Whiteside Counties; situated in Mt. Carroll, Dixon, Oregon, Byron, Morrison, and Sterling, respectively. We have 20 employees with over 250 years of experience within the Title Industry, close to 300 years of experience within the Real Estate Industry as a whole.

At KTG, we believe in always trying our best to exceed our customers’ and their clients’ expectations. This is being done by knowing our customers, anticipating their needs, and staying knowledgeable in this ever-changing world of Real Estate.
